In short, it contributes to creating the best possible conditions for the development of an ecosystem in which various agricultural production activities can emerge, in an approach that respects nature and the central place of humans.<\/p>\n<p>The territory of action and areas of intervention of the Collective are both multiple and complex. This is why groups have been created around ecosystems (agricultural and forestry), modules (Prairies, Livestock, Honey, Forests, Maple and R&amp;D) and specific working groups (e.g. Hydro-agricultural developments, Co-branding and marketing , Labor, etc.)<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30dd6c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30dd6c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><b>Concretely :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Board of Directors (CA) establishes, in consultation, the priorities, budgets, resources and schedules (4 formal meetings \/ year and several exchanges \/ additional meetings according to needs);<\/li>\n<li>The module and working group leaders ensure the coordination of exchanges and work in the field. To do this, they organize their own meetings to ensure that things run smoothly at the frequency required by their initiatives (2 to 4 times a year);<\/li>\n<li>The Collective brings together all its members (at least 4 times a year) in order to discuss, understand and analyze the needs in the field, to seek out competent resources (agronomists, forestry officers, various specialists, etc.) and implement the required interventions in a concerted manner according to a budget and a collaborative schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Other training meetings are also planned (eg cycle of free conferences on biodiversity (4 in 2019 and 4 in 2020), training in forestry and FSC certification, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Each meeting of the CA or of the modules is the subject of minutes (PV) accompanied by action plans. These are systematically monitored and validated over time and archived in a secure digital archive. Everything remains accessible to the members of the Collective for any possible future reference;<\/li>\n<li>Each member of the Collective remains &#8220;master at home&#8221; in terms of decisions and arrangements, helped in this by the information, opportunities and economies of scale generated within the Collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Governance Functioning The Bolton-Ouest Collective aims to promote the agricultural and forestry development of the territory.
