We’ve owned Domaine des Vents in West Bolton since 2013, a 115-acre farm combining healthy pastures and forests. As forestry wood producers, we are committed to preserving the biodiversity of our forests. And via our pastures, we support Émilie Tremblay’s regenerative sheep farming (Pâturages du Lac Brome – www.paturagesdulacbrome.com). We also cultivate a family vegetable garden.
