Resource Sharing
Several sugar bush operations are in operation in Bolton-Ouest. Some are managed in conventional mode while others develop niche products. The Collective aims to promote economies of scale for members for the purchase of equipment, the offer of services to producers and the sharing of resources. Marketing and co-branding initiatives with the Collective and organic certification are planned.
