New vinegars are added to HummingHill Farm products, in addition to their Chive Flower Vinegar.

The oregano and pequin pepper vinegar is ideal for salsas, Greek salads, red meats, and duck. The one with basil and lemon is ideal for flavoring gravlax dishes, fish, poultry and tangy vinaigrettes. The one with tarragon and pepper goes very well with raw vegetables, pan-fried vegetables and accompanying sauces for meat and fish. As for the chive flower vinegar, we pour it over for sweet vinaigrettes, tomatoes and oysters.

La Ferme HummingHill is proud to announce that its vinegars will now be sold at Pasquier, the largest independent grocer in Quebec. They can also be found at Les douces du marché at the Atwater market, at Olive et Gourmando (chef Dyan Solomon) and at Cheval (chef Louis-François Marcotte), two renowned chefs in Quebec!

Locally, you can purchase the vinegars at the WB Gold Farm Shop, as well as at Etownships in Knowlton.
